Do customers need to download an app?
No. The mobile web app opens from a bottle’s QR code. Customers sign in to keep their claimed offers together.
How does monthly advertising work?
Choose Founding 50 ($99/month for 12 months, first 50 advertisers), Local ($299/month), Featured ($499/month), or Sponsor ($999/month). Your plan, placement, and availability are confirmed before enrollment. Branded water is separate unless a written allowance is included.
Are the example offers redeemable?
No. Examples demonstrate the experience and have no redemption value. Real offers go live only after participating businesses approve their terms.
Can a code be used more than once?
For live discounts and perks, codes are single-use and the participating business confirms redemption. Service, social, event, and open-house promotions use business links rather than redemption codes.
Are branded bottles included in monthly advertising?
Only when your quoted package expressly includes a bottle allowance. Otherwise, bottle design, production, and delivery are priced separately.
Can I run a single event without a monthly plan?
Yes. Request a custom quote for an open house or event package. Your quote specifies the bottle quantity, branding, delivery, and promotion duration; no monthly plan is required.
